Peach salad w/ balsamic vinaigrette dressing 水蜜桃沙拉

(2 servings)
Spring salad mix 綜合沙拉
Bite-size slices from 1/2 peach 半顆水蜜桃,切成小塊
1 strawberry, sliced 一顆草莓,切片
5-6 pecans, chopped 五~六顆胡桃

balsamic vinaigrette dressing recipe: 1 tbp balsmic vinager + 1 tbp EV olive oil + 1 tbp agave + 1/2 tbp dijon mustard

沙拉醬作法:一大匙 義式甜醋 + 一大匙橄欖油 + 一大匙龍舌蘭蜜(蜂蜜亦可) + 1/2 大匙法式芥末醬

Sesame green beans 芝麻青豆

(2 servings)
Green beans, ends removed and cut in halves, 2 cup 兩杯青豆,洗淨對半切
White sesame seeds, 1 tbp 一大匙白芝麻
Chicken broth 雞湯

Recipe: (1) heat olive oil in pan, toast sesame seeds; (2) add in green beans and stur-fry for 3-5 min; (3) add enough chicken broth to cover the beans, cover and simmer for 10 min; (4) season w/ salt & pepper.

作法:鍋中熱油,下芝麻炒香,加入青豆炒 3-5 min 後,加入適量高湯(應淹過豆子)燜煮 10 min 即可。鹽+黑胡椒調味。

Cherry blossom leave rice mix + beef don 牛丼櫻葉飯

Mix rice w/ rice vinegar, pinch of sugar, and chopped cherry blossom leaves. Top w/ microwaved packet of beef don.

櫻葉飯作法:煮好的飯加入切碎的櫻花葉,米醋,跟少量砂糖攪拌。

Dessert: homemade pomegranate jelly w/ sliced oranges 自製石榴果凍+柳丁切片

I don't like the consistency of this particular jelly ....will work on perfecting it later :)
